SHIPPING & RETURNS
Shipping is currently available anywhere in Canada. The shipping is paid in advance by the customer. Currently, we ship packages out every Thursday, and the tracking number will always be provided.
RETURN, CANCELLATION & EXCHANGE POLICY
Cancellations are accepted within 48 hours of ordering, as long as the item has not been shipped.
Returns are accepted on unused items only, or in the case of defect. Please contact us immediately if you have a concern regarding any of your purchases!
An exchange may be the choice depending on the circumstances.
If shipping is necessary to return the item, it will be the customers responsibility.
